Our Cleanout Services Include:
- Transport sellable items back to our facility for sale via our resale store or online auction. Everything is sold on consignment with a 50% commission going to the seller or executor. If the estate has a large amount of furniture and belongings, we can provide an online auction from the house. We also sell vehicles for a much lower commission rate.
- Donating items that are useable but do not have a resale value.
- Disposing of all trash.
- Disposing of hazardous waste according to city guidelines.
- Shredding service for confidential papers.
- A one time pre-sale home cleaning so the house can go on the market.
- Home staging service to improve the home’s presentation and expedite the sale.
