Once our team has securely prepared your items, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order is 'Ready for Pickup.' Orders are typically available for pickup the same day, but please plan to pick up your items no later than 24 hours after your purchase.

Please bring a copy (printed or electronic) of your confirmation email when you arrive.

Due to space constraints, we ask that customers pick up their purchases within 3 business days. After this, you will be charged a storage fee of $10 per piece per day, per item (example a dining set with 6 chairs is 7 pieces, a 3-piece sectional is 3 pieces). After 7 days items will be returned to inventory with no refunds or credits given. All sales are final.
